The toilet tissue dispenser and receptacle are located on opposite sides of the 0481-HC. One side mounts flush on the barrier-free compartment side, providing clearance for grab bars. It can be used from both sides but serviced from one. The access door is opposite the HC stall. This unit can hold 1000 seat covers and 4 rolls of standard or 1800 - sheet toilet paper with a 4 - 1/2' x 5 - 1/4' diameter (114 x Ø133). The removable waste container has a 1.3 - gallon (4.9 - liter) capacity. The cabinet door is secured with two tumbler locks. It also comes with theft and vandal - resistant rollers made of high - impact plastic with integral stainless - steel endpins, and four rollers [p/n R - 004] are included.
Using this toilet seat cover and tissue dispenser is easy. First, install it on the partition as described, making sure one side is flush with the barrier - free compartment for grab bar clearance. You can access the toilet paper and seat covers from both sides. When it's time to refill, open the cabinet door using the tumbler locks. Put in up to 1000 seat covers and 4 rolls of the specified toilet paper. The waste container can be removed to empty the waste when it gets full. To keep it in good condition, regularly clean the cabinet and the rollers. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the plastic parts.
