ASI 3501-48 (48 x 1.5) Commercial Grab Bar, 1-1/2 Diameter x 48 Length, Exposed-Mounted, Stainless Steel

The ASI 3501-48 is a 48-inch straight grab bar with a 1.5-inch diameter and a smooth finish. Crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel tubing with an appealing satin finish, it reduces fingerprints while maintaining an attractive shine. At each end, there's a 3-inch diameter flange made of type-304 stainless steel, herliarc welded to the tubing. Each flange has three 7/32-inch countersunk, predrilled holes, spaced about 120 degrees apart, for No. 10 self-tapping or oval head mounting screws (not included). After installation, the hardware is fully exposed. This grab bar meets or exceeds ADA requirements.

To use this grab bar, first find a suitable location on a wall. Make sure the wall can support the weight. Line up the holes in the flanges with the spots on the wall where you want to install it. Use No. 10 self - tapping or oval head mounting screws (you'll need to buy these separately) to secure the grab bar. Tighten the screws well to ensure it's stable. When using the grab bar, hold it firmly. Avoid putting too much sudden force on it. For maintenance, clean it regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Wipe it dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and keep its satin finish looking great. If you notice any damage or loose parts, check the screws and make sure everything is secure.
