The ASI 3702 - 54 is a 54 - inch straight grab bar with a 1 - 1/4 - inch diameter. It's strengthened by an intermediate support and has a smooth finish. Crafted from 18 - gauge stainless steel tubing with an appealing satin finish, it resists fingerprints while still shining attractively. There are 3 - 1/8 - inch diameter flanges at both ends and the center, made of 1/8 - inch thick type - 304 stainless steel and herliarc welded to the tubing. It comes with three snap - on flange covers made of 22 - gauge type - 304 stainless steel, 3 - 3/16 inches in diameter. Once installed, the covers slide down and snap over the flanges, hiding the mounting hardware, protecting against tampering and vandalism.

Using the ASI 3702 - 54 grab bar is easy. Just hold it firmly when you need support, like getting in or out of the bathtub. When installing, make sure to place the flange covers over the flanges to hide the mounting hardware. Keep it clean by wiping it with a soft cloth regularly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can scratch the satin finish. If you notice any damage or loose parts, check the connections and tighten them if necessary.
