The ASI 3802-48P is a high - quality straight grab bar. With a 1 - 1/2 - inch diameter and 48 - inch length, it's strengthened by an intermediate support. Crafted from 18 - gauge stainless steel tubing, it has an appealing satin finish that reduces fingerprints while maintaining a nice shine. At both ends and the center, there are 3 - 1/8 - inch diameter flanges made of 1/8 - inch thick type - 304 stainless steel, herliarc welded to the tubing. It comes with three snap - on flange covers of type - 304, 22 - gauge stainless steel. Measuring 3 - 3/16 inches in diameter, these covers slide down and snap over the flanges after installation, hiding the mounting hardware and protecting against tampering and vandalism.

Using this grab bar is easy. Just find a suitable place on the wall, drill holes according to the flange positions, and install it with the provided mounting hardware. Then, simply slide the flange covers down and snap them over the flanges. When using, hold it firmly with your hand for support. Remember, don't use excessive force on it to avoid damage. For maintenance, wipe it regularly with a soft cloth to keep its satin finish. If there are stains, you can use a mild stainless - steel cleaner.
