The ASI 3833 - LP is an excellent wall - to - floor grab bar with an outrigger, specifically designed for commercial restrooms. It's oriented to the left and has a 1 - 1/2 - inch diameter. The peened gripping surface provides a great hold. Measuring 30 inches by 33 inches, it offers a generous size. Crafted from 18 - gauge stainless steel tubing, it has an appealing satin finish that reduces fingerprints while still looking shiny. At both ends of the grab bar and the outrigger end, there are 3 - 1/8 - inch diameter flanges made of 1/8 - inch thick type - 304 stainless steel, securely welded to the tubing. The snap - on flange covers, made of 22 - gauge type - 304 stainless steel and 3 - 3/16 inches in diameter, slide down and snap over the flanges after installation. They hide the mounting hardware, protecting the grab bar from tampering and vandalism.
Using this grab bar is easy. Just hold onto the peened surface for a secure grip when you need support in the commercial restroom. When installing, make sure the flange covers are properly snapped on to conceal the mounting hardware. As for maintenance, you can simply wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they may damage the satin finish. Check the flanges and covers regularly to ensure they are still in place and in good condition.
