The cover is also type 304 stainless steel, with a satin finish, 22 gauge, and a 3-3/16-inch (81 mm) diameter. It's a right-hand snap flange with a 1-1/2-inch outer diameter and a smooth surface, sized at 48 x 24 x 32.
Using this snap flange is easy. First, align the mounting flange with the surface you want to attach it to. Then, insert the screws through the holes to secure it. The cover can be snapped on to hide the screws for a neater look. When handling the flange, be careful not to scratch the satin finish. To maintain it, simply wipe it with a soft cloth regularly.
