The ASI 0692-636 Surface Mounted Shelf is a great storage solution for commercial restrooms, workrooms, custodial closets and other areas in your facilities that need sturdy open storage. It's made of durable type-304, 18-8 alloy stainless steel. Measuring 6 inches deep and 36 inches long, the 18-gauge stainless-steel shelf part and 16-gauge stainless-steel mounting brackets (welded securely for extra strength) form a solid unit. It has a 1/2-inch lip on all sides, with the front lip hemmed to prevent cuts. The attractive satin finish looks great and resists fingerprints better than polished surfaces. Note that mounting hardware is not included.
To use this ASI 0692-636 shelf, first find a suitable location in your commercial restroom, workroom or other areas. Since the mounting hardware isn't included, you'll need to get the right ones for the surface you're mounting on. Drill holes according to the bracket markings and install the brackets firmly. Then attach the shelf to the brackets. When placing items on the shelf, distribute the weight evenly to avoid overloading one side. As for maintenance, simply wipe it with a soft cloth regularly to keep the satin finish looking good. If there are stubborn stains, use a mild stainless-steel cleaner. Always be careful when cleaning the edges to avoid any potential cuts from the small lips.
