The ASI 0031 Recessed Dual Roll Toilet Tissue Dispenser is perfect for your commercial washroom. It has two compartments in each stall, allowing you to store two rolls of toilet tissue. One roll is exposed for easy dispensing, while the other is hidden behind a type-304, 18-gauge stainless steel door. The door comes with a pin tumbler lock to protect the unused roll and prevent the chrome-plated ABS plastic rollers from being removed. When the bottom roll runs out, the top roll automatically drops into place. This dispenser can hold standard toilet tissue rolls up to 5-1/4 inches in diameter. All exposed surfaces have a number 4 satin finish, which resists fingerprints and looks great. It has a flange for recessed mounting and requires a rough opening of 6-1/4 inches wide, 12-1/4 inches high, and 3-3/8 inches deep.

Using this toilet paper dispenser is easy. First, open the pin tumbler lock on the stainless - steel door and place two standard toilet tissue rolls, each up to 5 - 1/4 inches in diameter, into the compartments. One roll will be exposed for immediate use. As you use the bottom roll and it gets depleted, the top roll will automatically drop into place. Make sure to keep the lock key in a safe place to prevent unauthorized access. For maintenance, regularly clean the dispenser with a mild soap and a soft cloth. The satin finish on the exposed surfaces resists fingerprints, but it's still a good idea to wipe it down from time to time. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish. Also, check the rollers periodically to ensure they are rolling smoothly. If the dispenser is recess - mounted, be careful not to damage the flange or the rough opening during cleaning or when replacing the rolls.
