This Bobrick B-3888 commercial toilet paper dispenser features a satin-finish stainless steel unit and dispensing mechanism. The door has a flat face with a protruding tumbler lock for security. It can hold two rolls up to 5 1/4' (133mm) in diameter, each with 1800 sheets. When the bottom roll runs out, the extra roll drops into place automatically. It comes with theft-resistant, heavy-duty spindles and extends 2 3/4' (70mm) from the wall. The cabinet, flange, door, dispensing mechanism, inner housing, and cam are all made of high-quality 18-8, type-304 stainless steel. The spindles are one-piece, molded ABS. To use, load and lock two standard-core toilet tissue rolls into the mechanism. Only unlock the door to remove depleted rolls. For installation, create a framed rough wall opening 6 1/4' wide x 11 1/4' high (160 x 290mm) with a minimum recessed depth of 3 1/8' (80mm). Coordinate with a mechanical engineer to avoid pipes and vents, then mount the unit with shims and sheet-metal screws (not included).
Using this toilet paper dispenser is easy. First, open the door using the tumbler lock key. Load two standard - core toilet tissue rolls up to 5 1/4' (133mm) in diameter into the dispensing mechanism and lock them in place. As you use the toilet paper, when the bottom roll is used up, the extra roll will automatically drop into position. To remove the depleted rolls, you need to unlock the door. When installing, make sure to create a proper wall opening as specified. Coordinate with a mechanical engineer to avoid any pipes or vents in the wall. Mount the dispenser with shims and secure it with sheet - metal screws. For maintenance, keep the stainless - steel surfaces clean by wiping them with a soft cloth regularly.
