This sanitizing station is made of 1/2″ Solid Plastic (HDPE) with an antimicrobial red exterior and a white core. It's freestanding, so you can place it conveniently wherever needed and move it around easily. All edges and corners are rounded for safety, and the bottom has rubber feet to prevent sliding. The back door, secured by a keyed lock, gives access to dispenser components. The station comes assembled, and the included 0390 - HSD hand sanitizer dispenser is mounted on - site. The 0390 - HSD Gel Hand Sanitizer Dispenser offers touchless operation. When the sensor under the dispenser is activated, a single shot of gel hand sanitizer is automatically dispensed by a battery - powered mechanism. It has a polished chrome finish on all exposed surfaces and a 1.6 Gal (6L) capacity. Only gel hand sanitizer with a viscosity range of 3.5k – 6.5k mPa·s or cP and a pH range of 5.5 ~ 8.5 can be used. There's also an AC - powered version (FS - 0500AC).
Using this sanitizing station is easy. Just place it where you need it. Since it's freestanding and has rubber feet at the bottom, it won't slide around. When you want to use the hand sanitizer, simply put your hand under the dispenser. The sensor will detect it, and a single shot of gel hand sanitizer will come out automatically. Remember, only use gel hand sanitizer within the specified viscosity range of 3.5k – 6.5k mPa·s or cP and a pH range of 5.5 ~ 8.5. To access the dispenser components, use the key to open the back door. For maintenance, keep the station clean. Wipe the polished chrome surfaces with a soft cloth regularly. If you're using the battery - powered unit, replace the batteries when they run out. If you have the AC - powered version, make sure the power connection is stable.
