This dispenser uses universal bulk liquid soaps, which can significantly cut down on usage costs. It has adjustable time-out durations, line purging, adaptable sensor range, and LEED flow-rate options. For new installations, ensure the mounting hole is 1 - 3/8” (35mm) in diameter. For existing or retrofit setups, do the same and enlarge the opening if needed. The soap bottle is made of translucent, shatter-resistant high - density polyethylene with a 34 - fl oz (1.0 - L) capacity. The pump and soap delivery system uses a plastic Gear Pump. The bottom housing is water - resistant ABS plastic. The electronic activation system is easy to install. It comes with a standard 6V AC Adapter. To fill, use the provided BobKey. To activate, place your hand under the spout for about 1/2 second. LED lights show different statuses. This dispenser is designed for all - purpose liquid hand soaps that aren't alcohol or iodine based. It can be installed in counters up to 2' (50mm) thick with a 1 - 3/8' (35mm) diameter hole. Make sure there's enough clearance below the mounting hole. For sinks with a rim, ensure it doesn't touch the activation area.
Using this soap dispenser is easy. First, to fill it, insert the tip of the standard BobKey into the opening of the concealed locking mechanism in the spout assembly. The lid will rotate open, and you can fill it with bulk liquid hand soap. Rotate the door counter - clockwise to close and lock. To get soap, just place your hand under the spout near the sensor for about half a second. The amount of soap dispensed can be adjusted. Pay attention to the LED lights. Green flashing means standby mode, no light means it's in activation, and red flashing indicates an object remains in the activation zone after a single activation. When installing, make sure the mounting hole has a diameter of 1 - 3/8” (35mm). For new installations, follow the provided instructions. For existing setups, enlarge the hole if necessary. Ensure there's enough vertical and diameter clearance below the mounting hole. Plug the AC adapter into the wall and the end plug into the power port on the bottom housing. Only use commercially marketed all - purpose liquid hand soaps that aren't alcohol or iodine based. For maintenance, use the Automatic System Flush Button to clean the system. Check the soap level regularly and refill when needed.
