When you need tissue, simply pull it out from the dispenser. As for maintenance, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the satin stainless - steel surface regularly. This will keep it looking shiny and clean. Be aware that the dry wall clamp and theft - resistant spindles are not included, so you'll need to order them separately if you want to use them.
